Ayurvedic home remedy for pitta headache (also good for TMJ!)
Here’s a simple, quick way to get relief from pitta headaches. All you need is a pitta pacifying bade oil (coconut, sunflower, etc.), and a cooling essential oil (peppermint, lavender, etc.) If you don’t have any oil, the massage portion can be very relieving by itself. In Ayurveda, the pitta dosha is hot, intense, and sharp. Pitta headaches have the same characteristics and tend to radiate from the temples.
