In this 45 minute practice, we will start with easy, restorative yoga poses and end with a relaxing yoga nidra.
Restorative yoga uses many props to completely support the body in gentle poses that are held for several minutes.
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between wake and sleep. Tons of research indicates that Yogaa Nidra helps relieve stress. Lying comfortably still, students will be guided through a deep relaxation that brings awareness to the body in parts and as a whole.
Props to bring- a yoga mat, two blankets, and a bolster or pillow
